Support partnership marketing success as a Marketing Coordinator. Ensure project deliverables are met, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with partners in this full time role.
This position focuses on the execution and delivery of marketing initiatives by coordinating across internal teams. A successful candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You will serve as the primary liaison with partners, ensuring smooth communication and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee tracking of digital marketing campaign performance
• Coordinate scheduling for production shoots
• Ensure all partnership deliverables are met timely




• Maintain up-to-date partnership calendar and project tracker
• Act as primary contact for gathering partner assets
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
• 2 years required experience in project management
• Familiarity with Agorapulse, Adobe CC, Meta Business
• Exceptional communication and writing abilities
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Use your organizational skills to drive high standards in partnership marketing initiatives and enhance communication with external stakeholders.
