• Validate and document payroll requirements and risks • Execute system integration testing and user acceptance testing • Reconcile payroll data and ensure cross-system accuracy • Conduct parallel payroll runs and analyze variances • Support payroll cutover and stabilization activities

Requirements: • 10+ years in Payroll Operations and Systems Implementation • Proficient in Dayforce payroll configuration • Experience with JDE and other legacy systems • Robust understanding of HCM integrations • Proven leadership in data reconciliations
