Job Description Parsons is actively seeking aProgram Directorwith experienceleading Roadways/Highways design-build projects for the Ministry of Transportation in the Greater Toronto Area.What You’ll Be Doing We are looking for a seasoned Regional Highway Lead to grow our business in the GTA. A candidate with hands‑on project management experience for at least three to five large Ministry of Transportation (MTO) detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects can shape this position and the group to a model they know is successful. In this role, you will oversee and manage the overall civil design team on both conventional and design/build projects for MTO highway programs and play a key role in growing our business with the MTO. Supported by a solid design team,



the Regional Highway Lead will manage design projects upon award.Required Skills You'll BringUniversity degree in Engineering (or related field)P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) designation required15+ years of experience delivering major/significant MTO projectsHands‑on project management experience for 3 to 5 large MTO detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projectsProven background of leading multidisciplinary design teams on challenging, high‑profile projectsProject management experience for MTO Environmental Assessment and preliminary design projects preferredSalary Range: $152,400 - $202,400Benefits: health, vision, dental, employer paid provincial care premiums, Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), Tax‑Free Savings
