Vulnerability Management Analyst - Info Sec (Contract Position)

Number of Positions: 2

Duration: 6 months

Location: Toronto, ON, CA

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid position, 3 days/week onsite either in Kitchener or DT Toronto office

Roles and Responsibilities:

Looking to hire a Junior to intermediate talent that would be interested in converting to perm in 6-12 months. Although info sec certifications are very nice to have, this candidate does not need info sec certifications.

1. Assess and understand the current shortcomings coordination.
2. Navigate in a timely manner to remedy and patch shortcomings but also long-term solutions.
3. Beyond just patching the operating system.
4. Coordinate all of the patching with appropriate teams and lines of business.
5. Needs someone that understands vulnerability management.
6.



Junior person to grow into the team.
7. Go-getter attitude that is familiar with Vulnerability Management. Someone that is looking to grow their career.

Must Have Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 3+ years of the following:

1. Vulnerability Management, IT Security related experience
2. Vulnerability scanners
3. Configuration Management
4. Patch management
5. Security incident and event management (SIEM)
6. Penetration testing
