Transform user support with your expertise as a Machine Learning Engineer. Focus on building, training, and deploying ML models to enhance self-service support experiences, in a hybrid working workplace.
As a key member of the Support Experience team, you'll drive the development of ML-powered systems to improve how users receive assistance. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to design advanced models, apply cutting-edge AI technologies, and continuously enhance user experiences. The role also offers opportunities to influence ML architecture across diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement cutting-edge ML models • Develop efficient conversation models for user support • Create training and evaluation pipelines for models • Streamline information processes for support agents • Collaborate on new AI-driven support features
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in ML/AI or similar • 3+ years in AI/ML and backend engineering • Deep LLM experience with common ML frameworks • Proficiency in Python and distributed systems • Strong technical leadership and communication skills
