The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a critical role in driving growth for our clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and generating qualified meetings for sales teams.
This is a high‑impact, high‑growth role designed for motivated individuals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B sales and business development.
We provide structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in a performance‑driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify decision‑makers within target accounts
- Initiate outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
- Manage activity,
pipeline, and data within CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting targets
- Collaborate with your team to refine messaging and improve performance
What You Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport
- Coachability and openness to feedbackAbility to manage goals and performance metrics
- Self‑discipline and accountability in a remote environment
- Interest in business, technology, and sales
Sales or customer‑facing experience is an asset, but mindset, resilience, and work ethic matter most!
Training & Development
We invest heavily in developing our team. You’ll receive:
- Structured onboarding and sales training
- Coaching on cold outreach, messaging, qualification, and objection handling
- Experience using industry‑leading CRM and sales engagement tools
- Ongoing mentorship and clear performance benchmarks
- Opportunities for advancement into senior sales or leadership roles
- Starting OTE: $50,000 CAD ($40,000 base + $10,000 commission)
- Clear progression to up to $80,000 CAD OTE following successful ramp‑up
