Enhance member pathways as a Service Designer, applying human-centered design. Engage in a full-time, temporary hybrid position to innovate services and drive efficiency across channels.
Your role will focus on optimizing end-to-end experiences through cooperative efforts with stakeholders. By leveraging design-thinking principles and research methodologies, you'll identify pain points and craft effective service solutions. Expect to lead workshops and guide junior designers while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage service design initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and collaboration across teams
• Utilize data analysis for informed design choices
• Implement processes that improve member interactions
• Contribute to design standards and governance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years in service design or similar
• Demonstrated service design project management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Certification in Human-Centered Design preferred
