Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Corporate Development Analyst, located in Toronto, ON with some work from home flexibility. The Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, performing analysis to support corporate development initiatives, and communicating insights and recommendations. Additionally,



the Analyst will assist in capital raising efforts, due diligence support, and other strategic financial tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A;, or similar roles

High proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple work streams

Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, client‑facing workplace

Experience with startups, SaaS metrics, or capital raising is a plus but not required.
