We are looking for a Senior Developer, Mobile to design, build, and deliver high-quality mobile applications that support key business initiatives. You will play a key role in developing modern mobile experiences while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. What You’ll DoDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly mobile interfaces Translate business and product requirements into scalable solutions Contribute to mobile architecture and technical design decisions Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization Support application releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store Troubleshoot platform‑specific issues across iOS and Android Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release automation Ensure adherence to platform standards and best practices Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, QA, and backend teams Perform code reviews and uphold development standards Mentor and support other developers on the team Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and microservices Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts Contribute to backend services when needed (e.G., .NET / C#)
Ensure secure and efficient data communication Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Participate in occasional after‑hours support for critical incidents Identify performance issues and implement improvements Stay current with mobile development trends and technologies What You BringExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of software development experience Strong experience building and delivering mobile applications Experience working with modern mobile frameworks and tools No formal management experience required (mentorship is an asset) Technical SkillsStrong experience in mobile application development (cross‑platform or native) Familiarity with: Flutter/Dart (solid level of knowledge required) Experience with mobile app release processes (App Store & Google Play) Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles Experience with REST APIs and microservices Working knowledge of .NET / C# APIs Experience with Git or other version control systems Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms Experience with API tools (e.G., Postman) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines Ways of WorkingStrong problem‑solving and debugging skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Strong collaboration and communication skills Focus on delivering high‑quality user experiences What Success Looks LikeSmooth and predictable mobile releases Low defect rates and strong code quality Quick resolution of production issues Continuous improvement in performance and user experience Working ConditionsRemote or hybrid work within Canada Moderate to high focus on development and coding Occasional after‑hours support for releases or incidents#J-18808-Ljbffr
