Operations Leadership Trainee

About The Program

The Operations Management Trainee Program is designed to fast-track your development into a leadership role within our operations team. Over the course of several months, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of operations, including:

- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring a safe work environment while meeting regulatory standards.
- Production Processes: Learning the ins and outs of our recycling and manufacturing operations, including hands‑on experience in all facets of our operations.
- People Leadership: Managing and motivating diverse teams to achieve excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Driving efficiency and innovation across departments.

What You’ll Do

- Shadow and support Operations Leaders to understand site‑specific workflows and challenges.
- Take ownership of different projects including optimizing productivity and reducing waste.




- Develop key leadership skills by managing people and teams in real‑time.
- Build cross‑functional knowledge by collaborating with departments like Fleet & Logistics, Maintenance, Sales, and Business Process Improvement.

What You’ll Bring

- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- A passion for leadership and the ambition to grow into a management role.
- Solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.li>
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves, work on the plant floor, and learn the business from the ground up.
