Insight Global is hiring for 3 sales positions to join one of our Digital Marketplace clients. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and position digital advertising and marketplace solutions that deliver measurable results. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations, strong brand recognition, and meaningful earning potential.

Account Executive

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Prospect and engage clients through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up

Build, manage, and maintain a solid sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals

Lead discovery conversations to understand dealer challenges, priorities, and business objectives

Present digital advertising and marketplace solutions aligned to client needs and outcomes

Develop and deliver data-driven proposals highlighting value and expected ROI

Manage all sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline updates within Salesforce

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quota

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within digital marketing, media, or marketplace environments

Proven ability to generate pipeline and close net-new business

Experience managing a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role

Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology (Salesforce preferred)

Data-driven mindset with the ability to support a consultative selling approach

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Background in digital media, digital advertising, or technology platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Automotive Industry experience or relationships within Recreational (Powersports, RV, Marine) and/or Commercial (Commercial Truck, Heavy Equipment) sectors

$31.25-$ 40.81/hr (OTE $120,000-160,000)

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Account Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities





Utilize a consultative sales approach to present and deliver sustainable digital marketing and advertising solutions to dealer clients, both in person and virtually

Consistently achieve revenue, retention, new product sales, and account ownership goals while leading by example and fostering high performance standards

Conduct in-person and virtual Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for existing dealer customers, providing strategic recommendations and optimization opportunities

Develop and execute organized account and territory revenue plans aligned to business targets

Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and account activity documentation within Salesforce

Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and expansion within existing accounts

Build strong, long-term relationships with dealer stakeholders and marketing decision-makers

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of B2B digital marketing or digital advertising sales experience with a proven track record of maintaining and growing existing client relationships

Demonstrated commitment to evaluating and improving sales funnel performance (activity, conversion, yield)

Strong discovery, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with sales tools and platforms including Salesforce (CRM), Gong, GeoPoint, and related sales technology

Ability to analyze sales and market data and convert insights into actionable strategies

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Comfortable leading meetings with marketing teams and senior-level decision-makers

Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, training, and sales events

Background in digital media, digital advertising, or technology platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Automotive Industry experience or relationships within Recreational (Powersports, RV, Marine) and/or Commercial (Commercial Truck, Heavy Equipment) sectors

Digital sales and media certifications (IAB, Google Ads & Analytics, Meta)

$70,000 - $90,000 per year annual salary. (OTE120,000 - 160,000)

Key Responsibilities

Build, coach, and develop a high-performing digital sales team focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth

Lead by example as a player-coach, supporting reps directly in live selling, deal strategy, and customer conversations

Drive the execution of a structured sales funnel, ensuring strong prospecting, conversion, and close rates

Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, providing direct feedback, guidance, and development plans

Quickly identify performance gaps or pipeline issues and proactively intervene to support struggling reps

Lean into individual rep strengths while delivering clear, candid, and timely performance feedback

Establish a culture of accountability, high standards, and continuous improvement

Own territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales documentation within Salesforce

Build, document, and continuously refine scalable new business and coaching playbooks

Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews tied to KPIs and revenue targets

Use data and funnel metrics to evaluate performance, optimize conversion, and guide coaching strategy

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of B2B digital marketing or digital advertising sales experience (marketplace, media, or ad-tech preferred)

2+ years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to scale and develop sales teams

Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue goals, budget targets, and KPIs

Strong experience in new business development and dealership-focused sales environments

Deep understanding of sales funnel management, performance metrics, and pipeline health

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a high-performance culture

Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience required

Ability to interpret sales and market data and turn insights into actionable coaching and strategy

Background in digital media, digital advertising, or technology platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Automotive Industry experience or relationships within Recreational (Powersports, RV, Marine) and/or Commercial (Commercial Truck, Heavy Equipment) sectors

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

$120,000 per year annual salary. (OTE - $198,000)
