Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges between $73,520.00 and $101,090.00, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5%, contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives. The pay range reflects potential total compensation for this role at the time of posting based on the assigned job grade. Actual compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant experience and individual skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 10 to 15 Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists across a large and remote geography to maintain inventory at customer sites.
- Manage channel profitability, expense/sales ratio, supporting KPIs and quality control of customer programs.
- Partner with Sales, DC, Branch and transportation networks to further profitability, growth and operational targets for the organization.
- Implement Leader Plan which includes assessment, prioritization, coaching, training and hiring of top talent.
- Promote strong team member engagement and support team member development.
- Participate in development and continuous‑improvement projects, tasks and training to support channel growth and organizational partnerships.
- Manage optimization and operation of customer programs for efficiency and profitability across the team member territory within the assigned region.
- Manage resources required for new customer installations to be on time and within budget.
- Understand market conditions, trends and customer requirements to provide appropriate direction and guidance to broader organization.




- Ensure the right solutions and resources are being offered and deployed to customers.
- Partner with internal Grainger teams to provide KeepStock expertise and develop tailored strategies that support customers’ business pressures and goals.
- Act as a business steward by understanding how Sales and Service teams collaborate to drive profitable revenue growth and improve service levels.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- 5+ years in retail, manufacturing or industrial business.
- 2+ years supervising and managing people in a KPI‑driven environment with an emphasis on training and development.
- Extensive travel required; 50%+ travel to customer sites within the territory.
- Experience in financial accountability.
- Experience leading in a matrixed environment.
- Experience working effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong process improvement, ownership and project management skills.
- Experience leading and working towards goals with a remote team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Background checks and drug screening may be required per company and customer requirements.
- Valid driver’s licence in province of residence.
- May be required to use a personal vehicle with valid insurance meeting Grainger’s standards.




- Adherence to safety requirements and PPE guidelines on customer sites, including hard hat, steel‑toed boots, and N95 mask or equivalent.
- Submission to customer alcohol and drug screening procedures may be required.
