roles and responsibilities within assigned Platform or Journey for the technology roadmap to ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines now and as the design evolves to meet future needs* Oversee and advise on the design of technology applications and/or infrastructure on high profile, complex and/or high-risk technology projects with significant impact to the organization, playing an active role in the process of developing, customizing and integrating systems* Generate, monitor, present and analyse relevant risk insights, costs, benefits, and risks* Drive continual upgrading based on an integrated perspective on existing gaps and opportunities for service / system development across the technology stacks and grounds the team in assessing practical concerns to evolve features**SHAREHOLDER*** Ensure team adheres to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to overall business management activities* Support team in staying knowledgeable on emerging issues, engineering trends and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts to the Bank* Ensure programs, policies and practices meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements* Ensures programs/initiatives related to own area of expertise are well managed and administered; ensure the promptand thorough resolution of issues* Monitor assigned functional area for productivity and efficiency, operating systems to continually improve delivery capability* May develop and/or contribute to negotiations of third-party contracts/agreements* Proactively identify key business opportunities, research and recommend enhancements / modifications, develop strategies to achieve recommendations and work closely with team to execute and implement* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of knowledge / expertise in own area and keep current with emerging industry trends, new technologies and best practices in the external market that can contribute to delivering effective customer solutions.* Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of strategies, programs, and practices related to own area of expertise* Lead or contribute to cross-functional / enterprise initiatives as an organizational or subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for significant and complex situations* Manage intake and demand, coordinating resources as required; identify and source appropriate resources across all work streams, ensure all resources are used effectively* Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends,
