In this key role, you will lead the Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Department, supporting both Guest Experience and operational requirements. Your expertise will be critical in overseeing the movement of goods, reducing shrinkage, and maintaining organized storage areas. Team-oriented efforts with Food & Beverage and Retail teams will ensure that all inventory needs are met promptly, enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee shipping and receiving activities efficiently
• Train and lead team members for optimal performance
• Support inventory management for multiple departments
• Enhance departmental SOPs and processes
• Control product loss and minimize spoilage
Requirements:
• Experience in management and leadership positions
• Skilled in inventory management processes
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
