Lead sales growth and operational excellence as a Branch Manager. Drive revenue targets, manage P&L; responsibilities, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams across two locations.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for achieving branch revenue and margin goals while fostering new business development. Engage with key customers, set pricing strategies, and monitor sales pipelines to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Your leadership will also include team development, performance management, and strategic oversight of operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Proven experience as a Branch or Operations Manager • Solid B2B sales and customer relationship skills • Demonstrated P&L; ownership and decision-making abilities • Experience in technical or industrial services • Strong communication and leadership skills
