As a trusted structural steel partner, we’re committed to excellence, innovation, and the growth of our people.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team and ensure seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating interviews, managing recruitment systems, supporting campus recruitment initiatives, and helping strengthen our employer brand.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering great candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with resume screening and candidate shortlisting Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews Manage job postings across job boards, career sites, and social platformsMaintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Prepare interview materials and coordinate logistics for hiring managersSupport recruitment reporting and metrics trackingEnsure positive and qualified candidate experience throughout the hiring processAssist with onboarding for new hiresCampus RecruitmentSupport campus recruitment initiatives including career fairs, information sessions, and student engagement eventsCoordinate logistics for campus events and maintain relationships with colleges and universitiesAssist in building early talent pipelines including internships, co-op programs,



and new graduate hiringTrack campus recruiting activity and candidate pipelinesEmployer BrandingSupport employer branding initiatives that promote the organization as an employer of choicePartner with HR and marketing teams to create and share recruitment content across social media and career platformsAssist with maintaining and updating the company careers page and recruitment marketing materialsHelp promote recruitment campaigns to attract top talentQualifications & Skills1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HRPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredConstruction industry experience is an asset Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with ATS is an assetAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferOpportunities for growth within Talent AcquisitionA collaborative and supportive team environmentThe chance to make a meaningful impact on our hiring successWe thank all applicants for their interest in exploring employment opportunities with Steelcon group of companies.
