You will develop strategies to boost sales and profitability, while coaching and supporting Store Managers to achieve objectives. Key responsibilities include reviewing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company standards across all stores.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to increase district sales and profitability • Analyze sales reports to identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with Store Managers to meet sales goals • Manage store budgets and track performance metrics • Hire and train Store Managers and staff members
Requirements: • Degree in Business Administration or Retail Management preferred • 5+ years retail management experience; 2+ years multi-site • Proficiency in retail software and MS Office tools • Bilingual in French and English is preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills
