Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of prop management and production
• Work closely with PTP faculty to enhance training
• Create and manage prop construction timelines
• Order and source props, ensuring quality materials
• Maintain organization and safety in workshop areas
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Performing Arts or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel
• Ability to lead and develop team members
• Robust organizational, administrative, and communication skills
