Auxo is hiring an

Integration Specialist

for a fast-growing SaaS company building AI-powered tools to modernize procurement and supplier workflows in manufacturing. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers, owning integrations end-to-end. Your role is to ensure data flows cleanly between systems, onboarding is smooth, and integrations are reliable at scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with APIs, and making complex systems work together in real environments. What You’ll Do

Design and implement integrations between the platform and external systems such as ERP and CRM Build and maintain API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines Gather integration requirements with customers and internal teams Support onboarding by configuring and validating integrations Troubleshoot API failures, sync issues, and data inconsistencies Document integration workflows, configurations,



and troubleshooting steps Monitor integration performance and reliability in production Collaborate with engineering to improve scalability and integration frameworks Participate in testing and validation before production deployment Act as a bridge between technical teams and customer stakeholders Who You Are

2 to 5 years of experience in integrations, technical implementation, or solutions engineering Strong experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and web services Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, or middleware tools Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in SaaS or B2B technology environments is a solid asset Exposure to manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain systems is a plus Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, or similar is a plus Basic experience with SQL, Python, or scripting for data transformations is an asset
