What You’ll Own

HR Operations

- Lead end-to-end recruitment: source, attract, and onboard top talent who match our DNA
- Manage and elevate employee experience, from first day to career milestones
- Support leadership in creating a high-performance, high-happiness culture
- Stay on the pulse of Quebec labor law, including CNESST and Normes du travail, proactively protecting and supporting our people
- Organize trainings, workshops, and growth opportunities for all staff

Executive Coordination

- Partner directly with ownership to streamline operations, communication, and execution
- Manage executive calendars, correspondence, meetings, and special projects
- Be a trusted gatekeeper and ambassador internally and externally

Your Superpowers





- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and executive support
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Quebec labor laws, specifically CNESST and Normes du travail
- Master of discretion, diplomacy, and people-first thinking
- Highly organized, with a sharp eye for details and a bias for action
- Passionate about emotional intelligence, leadership, and personal development
- Tech-savvy: HRIS, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and a fast learner on recent tools
- Skilled in using AI tools to optimize efficiency (e.g., HR tech, automation, and analytics)
