Seeking a strategic Senior People Business Partner to enhance employee experience across the Americas. Drive people strategies and implement cutting-edge HR solutions in a hybrid work model.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution and strategic planning, crucial for aligning HR functions with business objectives in the US, Canada, and Mexico. You'll leverage expertise in employee relations, training, talent management, and performance evaluation. Building credibility with leadership will be vital for championing the company's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with business leaders on people strategies • Drive people-related local initiatives such as DEI and Engagement • Support employee relations matters including disputes and terminations • Facilitate communication on HR matters across teams • Coach management on talent processes and frameworks

Requirements: • 7+ years in HR business partnering, preferably in high-tech • Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience • Hands-on experience with HRIS, ideally Workday • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel across the Americas
