In this role, you'll partner with underwriting leaders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and validate instructional strategies. You'll design and develop a variety of high-quality learning content tailored to underwriting functions. Ensuring clarity and instructional accuracy, you will execute comprehensive development processes for eLearning and instructor-led training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with underwriting leaders to assess skill gaps
• Conduct task analysis and develop instructional strategies
• Create high-quality learning solutions (eLearning, workshops)
• Develop innovative learning assets, including simulations
• Use authoring tools for course development
Requirements:
• Degree in Instructional Design or related field
• 3–5+ years' experience in corporate learning design
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools
• Robust understanding of instructional design methodologies
• Familiarity with underwriting concepts is an asset
