Job Description Working alongside leading practitioners, many of whom are ranked by Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers in Canada, Chambers Canada, and Lexpert, you will be representing a broad range of clients including private individuals, large institutional organizations, emerging businesses, and mature companies.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex securities transactions, including public offerings, private placements, and M&A;

Advise on continuous disclosure, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters

Serve as a strategic advisor to public companies and high-growth businesses

Foster strong client relationships and actively contribute to business development initiatives





Mentor junior lawyers and support internal knowledge development

Ideal Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will:

Have a JD or LLB and be a member in good standing of the Bar of British Columbia

Have 10+ years of experience practicing securities and public company corporate law

Have strong knowledge of TSX, TSXV, and/or CSE regulatory environments

Have a proven ability to handle complex transactions independently

Have an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a practice within a supportive firm culture
