This full time, twelve-month contract role seeks a qualified professional with expertise in child development and behavior management. You will handle complex assessments, implement treatment plans, and foster better outcomes for children and families in crisis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as is a commitment to flexible working hours to meet family needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver intensive intervention to at-risk families • Assess psychosocial and behavioral issues in children • Train parents in effective behavioral management • Work flexible hours to accommodate family needs • Support families through ongoing evaluation and treatment
Requirements: • Baccalaureate in Social Work, Psychology, or related field • Minimum three years of relevant experience • Proven clinical skills in child assessment • Bilingual in English and French required • Valid G2 license and willingness to obtain G Class
