Drive HR excellence by supporting employees and managers in a strategic Human Resources Partner role. Oversee employee life-cycle inquiries and ensure compliance with policies and legal standards.
This position emphasizes comprehensive HR support and performance management. You will guide employees through various processes, resolve workplace conflicts, and offer coaching to management. The role also includes preparing employment agreements and managing performance reviews within the assigned client group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support to staff and management
• Resolve employee relations issues and conflicts
• Participate in investigations of complaints
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
• Support HR programs and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR practices
• Proven skills in performance management and employee relations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
