Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced M365 Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise collaboration, security, and productivity solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud architecture, Microsoft 365 services, and enterprise‑grade deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 services such as:

Lead M365 implementation, migration, and transformation projects.

Define architecture for identity and access management using:

Implement security and compliance solutions including:

Microsoft Defender for Office 365

Design governance, security, and compliance frameworks.





Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams.

Conduct solution reviews, architecture validation, and performance optimization

Support pre‑sales activities including solution design, RFP responses, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8–12+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft 365.

Deep knowledge of:

M365 architecture and services

Identity & access management (IAM)

Security & compliance frameworks

Hands‑on experience with:

M365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant, hybrid to cloud)

Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams deployments

Experience with automation using PowerShell scripting.

Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud concepts.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications such as:

Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Expert

Experience with:

Exposure to Zero Trust architecture and contemporary workplace solutions.
