Team Lead, Operations

As Team Lead, Operations , you will be supporting all operations‑related aspects of a specific Sephora store location. This includes direct management of all members of the Operations team, staffing support, overnight stock team, operations leadership team, and overall execution of store operations.

Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence. Lead the operations of the store. Ensure execution of all operations‑focused processes and adherence to company standards.
- Inventory Management. Manage inventory: shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, cycle counting, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Visual Merchandising. Manage merchandising concepts and ensure on‑stage visuals meet company standards. Oversee cleaning crew standards and provide coaching.
- Supply Management. Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples.




- Performance Assessment & Development. Manage performance situations for the operations team, deliver timely feedback, and follow up.
- Passionate about clients. Act as Manager on Duty, engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies. Demonstrate robust understanding of store sales performance, staffing and payroll, and controllable expenses.

Qualifications

- One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem‑solving skills.
