Overview Richelieu Hardware is a North American leader in specialty hardware. We are seeking a Manager – Retail Supply Chain for our Head Office in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec.Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement, the role consists of planning, organizing, supervising, controlling, and developing all activities related to procurement and the team under your responsibility.You will also contribute to the development of a national procurement strategy for this category, maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure the accuracy of product availability information, and optimize procurement and operational costs in collaboration with commercial and product management teams.Additionally, you will diagnose stock shortages and implement solutions to ensure customer service while being accountable for key performance results.ResponsibilitiesManage human and material resources, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation of the teamDevelop performance evaluation reports and set annual objectives for the teamDemonstrate positive leadership in change management, crisis management, and achieving objectives aligned with the company’s vision and valuesDevelop team capabilities and support decision‑making, analysis, and execution of tasksParticipate in the development and optimization of procurement procedures, methods, and policies for this categoryCommunicate expectations clearly and ensure alignment with key organizational messagesMaintain strong working relationships with all internal stakeholdersEnsure optimal execution of procurement processes and team deliverablesMaintain optimal inventory levels across all warehouses for the team’s portfoliosAnalyze procurement performance indicators and implement corrective actionsEnsure maintenance and optimization of procurement parameters across portfoliosConduct strategic analyses and develop supply plans,
