Oversee residential building maintenance as a proactive Live-In Coordinator. Engage directly in hands-on repairs while fostering solid communication with residents and managing operations effectively.
In this vital role, you’ll utilize your 3–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day maintenance tasks and ensure resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling emergencies, coordinating repairs, and collaborating with the property management team and contractors. Commitment to cleanliness and safety will enhance the living experience for all tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle small repairs across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Address after-hours emergencies on-call




• Ensure high standards in cleaning and landscaping
• Oversee maintenance work orders from initiation to closure
• Facilitate waste management and recycling processes
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant building maintenance experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights safely
• Basic email and documentation skills
• Valid driver's license required
