Are you passionate about helping others explore the world? We are looking for an energetic Travel Support & Sales Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our clients. In this position, you will guide travelers through their vacation planning, manage existing reservations, and confidently recommend products that enhance their trips. If you love a dynamic, target-driven environment and have a knack for both sales and hospitality, we want you on our team!

- Requirements: Mandatory availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory Holidays.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver top-tier support by handling client inquiries, modifying itineraries, and explaining travel package features.
- Manage omnichannel communications seamlessly, including phone calls, live chats, and emails.
- Troubleshoot and resolve traveler issues efficiently to guarantee a seamless vacation experience from start to finish.
- Review client feedback to identify trends and help us elevate our overall service standards.
- Drive revenue by cross‑selling and upselling travel packages, premium upgrades, activities, and travel insurance.




- Execute accurate data entry for all client files, payment transactions, and new bookings.
- Work closely with team members to hit department sales and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

- Prior background in a sales-driven or customer-facing role (travel industry experience is a major plus!).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A professional, friendly telephone demeanor and strong interpersonal traits.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and offer creative solutions.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, booking systems, and performing accurate, high-volume data entry.
- Resilient and positive mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.
- Certification: TICO certification must be obtained upon successfully completing your probationary period.
- Language Asset: Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred and considered a strong bonus, but it is not mandatory to apply!
