Oversee IT infrastructure as a skilled Systems Administrator. Manage server environments, network configurations, and provide vital Tier 2 and 3 support across platforms in a supportive team environment.
This full time role reports to the Infrastructure & Security Manager and focuses on maintenance, stability, and reliability of all technology systems. You'll be responsible for documentation, monitoring, and proactive security tasks while ensuring excellent performance of servers and applications. Collaborate with teams to implement infrastructure changes and support diverse technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and organize systems and inventory
• Manage servers, applications, and network requests
• Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 support as required
• Administer monitoring procedures and tools
• Ensure system stability through software patching
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in systems administration
• Proficient with Linux, Windows, VMWare
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS platforms
• Scripting skills in Powershell or shell scripting
• Bachelor's degree or IT diploma required
