Elevate employee engagement as a Human Resources Generalist in a part-time capacity. Drive recruitment, onboarding, and foster strong employee relations in a culturally inclusive environment.
In this pivotal role, you will enhance the employee experience while collaborating with a dedicated HR team. Your responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, leading orientations, and providing guidance on HR policies. This position also focuses on maintaining effective employee relations and contributing to various HR initiatives while aligning with core organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment from postings to hiring
• Lead engaging onboarding and orientation sessions
• Provide HR policy guidance and support




• Assist in performance management and issue resolution
• Collaborate with payroll on accurate employee data
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in HR or related field
• 2-5 years in an HR generalist role
• Solid HR principles and legislation knowledge
• Proven recruitment and onboarding experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
