Key Responsibilities: • Ensure effective accounting support to all departments • Review and approve month-end journal entries • Manage intercompany issues and resolution • Conduct thorough financial statement variance analysis • Prepare and lead any required audits

Requirements: • CPA designation preferred with over 5 years experience • Background in Workday and financial systems integration • Proven experience mentoring accounting staff • Exceptional detail-oriented analytical skills • Effective communication abilities and leadership presence
