The position focuses on overseeing residential and commercial developments from conception to completion. You will be responsible for project management, lead business development, and ensure quality assurance through technical review and mentorship. Your role will also include liaising with municipalities for project approvals and coordinating design efforts across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project proposals and budget plans
• Lead detailed design and site analysis
• Supervise project engineers and technologists
• Facilitate client meetings and project discussions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Registered Qualified Engineer status
• Familiarity with GIS, BIM, and Civil3D preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
