Enhance compliance and safety programs as a Compliance Lead. Collaborate with diverse teams to educate associates, monitor compliance controls, and drive improvements that build trust across stakeholders.
In this role, you'll engage with Store and Market Management while overseeing compliance training and assessments in critical areas like Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental regulations. You'll actively identify execution gaps and support corrective actions while fostering communication with management to ensure accountability and adherence to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compliance training across all facility levels
• Conduct assessments in key compliance areas
• Analyze data to identify trends and gaps




• Manage hourly associate accident reporting process
• Participate in regulatory inspections and resolutions
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Robust understanding of compliance programs
• Ability to drive corrective actions effectively
• Experience in safety program execution
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
