Drive the successful execution of complex global projects as a skilled Project Operations Manager. Leverage your technical expertise to ensure seamless service deployment for clients across various initiatives.
In this role based in Toronto, you will manage the entire project lifecycle while coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will guide client-facing teams through technical integrations and operational roll-outs to deliver Adyen’s solutions effectively. This hands-on position involves building relationships and ensuring clear communication at all levels, thus enhancing client satisfaction through project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to completion
• Handle 5-10 simultaneous projects with durations of 6-24 months
• Collaborate with client and technical teams for smooth roll-outs
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure successful project handovers and ongoing support
Requirements:
