Enhance warehouse operations and team dynamics as a Warehouse Lead. Your leadership will ensure productivity, compliance, and exceptional customer service in an established logistics setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily activities, monitoring equipment maintenance, and ensuring a high standard of safety. You will also engage with customers and work closely with your team to resolve any challenges. Key skills include effective communication and an understanding of operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the warehouse team
• Monitor and coordinate equipment maintenance
• Deliver outstanding service to customers
• Uphold safety and compliance regulations




• Support training and workforce development initiatives
Requirements:
• 5 years’ logistics supervisory experience preferred
• Intermediate leadership and customer service skills
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs frequently
• Basic knowledge of computers and data interpretation
• Familiar with LEAN or CI principles advantageous
Lead with expertise and vision to streamline warehouse processes while fostering a collaborative team environment for lasting success.
