Lead environmental management for a large mining project as a Construction Environmental Manager. Oversee compliance, team coordination, and monitoring to ensure regulatory adherence on-site.

This site-based role reports to the Program Manager and the Operations Environmental Manager. As a leader, you will manage Qualified Environmental Persons (QEPs) and Construction Environmental Monitors (CEMs), ensuring all team members are adequately trained and aware of project permits. You will conduct compliance audits and lead investigations into incidents, maintaining a focus on environmental best practices.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate team of environmental specialists • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations • Conduct site audits and incident investigations • Compile and report environmental data regularly • Support Indigenous Land Guardians on-site

Requirements: • Knowledge of environmental regulations and acts • Experience managing environmental teams • Understanding of compliance and reporting standards • Familiarity with environmental management plans • Robust capabilities in environmental monitoring
