Enhance project safety as a Lockout/Tagout Compliance Lead. Champion the integration and documentation of LOTO processes while ensuring project compliance with health and safety regulations.
This pivotal role involves leading the Lockout/Tagout team in implementing strategies that prioritize worker safety across all shipboard activities. You will be instrumental in coordinating efforts with the Project Management Office and various departments to devise effective LOTO plans and workflows. By actively participating in safety evaluations, you will facilitate seamless operations and support project-specific goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all departmental LOTO processes
• Coordinate safety evaluations across projects




• Develop strategies tailored to production working hours
• Liaise with clients to document LOTO procedures
• Address HSE issues promptly and effectively
Requirements:
• Engineering or related field preferred
• LOTO management experience necessary
• Health and safety knowledge essential
• Management experience considered an asset
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
