Drive hotel management excellence as an Operations Manager. Oversee staff, develop policies, prepare budgets, and ensure seamless daily operations at the physical location.
This in office role requires 5 years or more of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or equivalent. You will recruit and manage a team, enforce policies, negotiate with suppliers, and conduct performance reviews. Establishing work schedules and assisting clients with check-in will also be essential components of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Recruit and supervise hotel staff
• Conduct performance reviews for team members
• Negotiate supplier contracts for materials
• Monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and client-focused approach
• Proven ability to enforce policies effectively
