Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor IT service health using enterprise observability tools
• Validate alerts/events and manage ServiceNow incidents




• Execute aligned Incident Management activities effectively
• Support major incident resolution and coordination
• Create routine reports on incident trends and compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in IT operations or ITSM
• ITIL Foundation certification required
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Solid communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure
