They will leverage their expertise to propel business growth and shape strategies at a professional level.**Responsibilities:*** Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities* Building and maintaining enduring, long-term client relationships through regular communication and effective account management practices* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly* Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients* Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within assigned accounts* Providing leadership and guidance to junior account management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement**Requirements:*** Have a proven track record of successfully managing large key accounts in a similar professional role* Possess excellent communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders* Be adept at developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve targets* Demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and industry trends within the Account Management function* Be capable of providing leadership and mentorship to junior account management professionals* Possess a relevant background in business, marketing, or a related field* Have a solid grasp of financial principles and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively* Be proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client accounts efficiently**Work in a way that works for you**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
