Shape impactful CRM technology solutions as a Product Manager. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to refine requirements, enhance user experience, and manage CRM capabilities effectively.
In this full-time, temporary role, you will manage CRM integrations and oversee process improvements. Engaging with business stakeholders and IT, your objective is to ensure strategic alignment of CRM systems to organizational goals. You will guide delivery teams through the software development lifecycle to support long-term growth and member impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and document business requirements and processes
• Build relationships to understand operational needs
• Liaise between business and IT for CRM alignment




• Manage CRM product backlogs and contribute to releases
• Train and support operational teams in CRM adoption
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related fields
• 4+ years in Product Management focusing on CRM
• Experience with CRM implementation projects
• Robust knowledge of change management and SDLC
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
