Reporting to the Director of Organizational Development, you will create and implement key learning initiatives. Your responsibilities include utilizing adult learning theories and ensuring long-term behavior change among employees. Collaborating with business partners, you will recommend learning strategies and assess performance needs to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead consultations to identify learning needs and objectives • Design comprehensive training solutions using adult learning principles • Implement sustainment plans for long-term behavior change • Establish metrics to evaluate learning impact and ROI • Manage learning systems and optimize learner experiences
Requirements: • Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent experience • 3-5 years in instructional design and facilitation • Experience in corporate training environments required • Proficiency with learning software and MS Office • Robust webinar delivery skills for training
