Elevate social service delivery as a Social Worker Administrator in a hybrid setting. Provide expert consultation, training, and oversight for impactful Pathway of Hope programs across Canada and Bermuda.
This role focuses on high-quality implementation and support of mission-driven casework services. As a leader in social work administration, you'll guide ministry units and stakeholders to strengthen service quality and outcomes. Collaborate with various communities, ensuring continuous improvement aligned with national and provincial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer expert consulting for Pathway of Hope initiatives
• Lead strategic capacity-building projects and efforts
• Monitor service practices and program data for improvement




• Facilitate collaboration through workshops and partnerships
• Develop policies and documentation for consistent practice
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work or related field
• Skilled certification as a Licensed Social Worker
• Minimum 5 years in direct client management support
• Knowledge of poverty-reduction strategies
• Proven expertise in social service program development
Champion effective social services with strong leadership, training, and innovative program management on a wide scale.
