Drive health and safety initiatives as a dedicated Health and Safety Coordinator. Implement programs, support operational safety compliance, and lead training for a safe workplace environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the implementation of health and safety practices under the Plant Manager's guidance. You will develop programs, facilitate training sessions, and promote a proactive safety culture. Your contributions will ensure organizational adherence to safety standards and laws while addressing incident analysis and prevention activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health and safety programs
• Support OSH program execution and improvement




• Conduct monthly safety inspections and audits
• Participate in safety committees and meetings
• Train recent employees on safety protocols
Requirements:
• College diploma in health and safety or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in safety operations
• Knowledge of health and safety laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to influence and show initiative
Lead efforts to enhance safety standards and promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace.
