The role involves supporting clients with their DC plans, contributing to business development, and producing analytical reports. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 8+ years of experience, including five in a DC setting, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
