Lead and develop a dedicated team in Picking and Kitting. You'll coach team members, manage workflow, and ensure on-time delivery of quality products in a collaborative environment.
As a Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of supporting and enhancing team performance. Collaborate closely with the Functional Leader to coordinate schedules and staffing needs while driving key performance indicators. Your leadership will ensure that safety and quality protocols are met, fostering an atmosphere of continuous improvement and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a coach and leader in the designated area
• Coordinate with Functional Lead on staffing needs
• Drive team KPIs and report results
• Facilitate communication with customers and suppliers
• Maintain safety protocols and equipment adherence
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory
• High digital aptitude and ERP experience
• Flexible to work multiple shifts as needed
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment
