Drive the implementation of Talent Management solutions as a remote consultant. Engage with clients to ensure smooth Dayforce deployments and comprehensive training for successful adoption.This role focuses on implementing Dayforce Talent Management while working remotely across Canada. You will collect and document functional requirements and ensure that configurations meet client needs. Training client staff and managing multiple engagements will position you as a trusted advisor, pivotal to successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of Dayforce implementation
- Document client functional requirements accurately
- Configure Dayforce to meet specific needs
- Provide internal status updates and resolutions
- Train clients for effective ongoing managementRequirements:
- Previous experience with HCM/HRIS system implementations
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Change Management experience is a plus
