In This Role

Process invoices: recording, coding, managing receipt, and payments

Actively participate in month‑end journal entries and the preparation of financial statements

Conduct monthly analysis of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding checks

Verify and reconcile account statements

Issue and send invoices and account statements to clients

Prepare bank deposits and record them in the system

Follow up on and collect accounts receivable

Manage payments received, including credit card payments

Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department

Skills & Qualities

Relevant education: DEC in Administrative Techniques or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Tech‑savvy: strong understanding of IT systems related to accounting applications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools

Independence and sense of responsibility: you take ownership of your tasks and know how to prioritize effectively

Strong analytical skills,



ability to synthesize information and solve problems

Comfort in a changing environment: you adapt quickly and remain effective

Rigour and attention to detail, essential for ensuring the reliability of financial information
